Shipping

On average, it may take 4-10 business days for your order before we ship it. Please check your confirmation emails as well the top Ribbon of our website for updated turnaround times. Please allow additional time for delays when there are natural disasters.

 

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays.

All orders placed at SparkleAffair.net will include shipping with tracking. You will receive the tracking information when your order has been fulfilled and marked shipped. Please allow up to 24 hours for USPS to update their system of movements on the package(s).

 

As items at SparkleAffair.net are usually customized products and are always free of material defect at the time of shipping,  there is no return or exchange on any item(s). Please inspect your item(s) upon delivery, if for some reason we have missed a problem, please let us know within 3 days of receipt. After 3 days, no replacements will be given.

Once an order leaves The Sparkle Affair Ltd Co. we cannot guarantee shipping times or exact delivery dates.  This is completely in the hands of the carrier (USPS).  Weather, holiday volume or other unforeseen delays are not something Sparkle Affair has control over. Please confirm that all shipping information is correct before confirming your order. Any orders returned because of an incorrect address will be charged an additional shipping fee. Sparkle Affair is NOT responsible for incorrect addresses. 

 

DELIVERED BUT NOT DELIVERED 

All of our shipments include Tracking with Delivery Confirmation. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to your order address but you have not received your order, please contact couriers at numbers below in order to investigate this issue. We cannot be held accountable for packages where tracking information states the package has been delivered to your order address.

RETURNS

 

If there is an issue on The Sparkle Affair's part we will review your matter and approve a refund in the form a store credit once the item has been returned in new condition.  We can also, make an exchange and fix the issue.  Customer must contact: Support@sparkleaffair.net in regards to the issue, prior to approving the request.
